143例重度颅脑损伤术后颅内感染患者脑脊液标本菌种鉴定及对抗菌药物耐药性 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探究重度颅脑损伤术后颅内感染患者致病菌分布及耐药性。方法:选取2017年6月~2019年5月收治的重度颅脑损伤患者143例,采集脑脊液标本进行细菌培养菌种鉴定,并对病原菌行药敏试验,统计分析结果。结果:143例患者培养出209株致病菌,其中革兰阴性菌47株(22.49%),革兰阳性菌162株(77.51%);头状葡萄球菌对利福平、万古霉素、利奈唑胺耐药率较低,溶血葡萄球菌对利奈唑胺、替考拉宁、万古霉素耐药率较低,表皮葡萄球菌对替考拉宁、万古霉素、利奈唑胺耐药率较低,鲍曼不动杆菌对多黏菌素、环丙沙星耐药性较低。结论:脑脊液标本菌种鉴定及耐药性分析可明确重度颅脑损伤术后感染患者病原菌构成及耐药性,有助于临床科学合理用药,在充分考虑患者耐受程度、过敏反应前提下,可将万古霉素、利奈唑胺作为临床经验用药。
