负压封闭引流治疗下肢慢性难愈创面患者的护理

Nursing Care of patients with chronic refractory wound of lower limb treated by vacuum sealing drainage

目的:分析、探讨对下肢慢性难愈创面患者采用负压封闭引流治疗下对患者进行的护理要点.方法:选取我院在2019年1月-2019年12月之间收治的98例下肢慢性难愈创面患者来作为研究对象,再将这98例患者使用随机数字法来分为2组,平均分每一组的患者都是49例.对其中一组患者使用常规的护理措施来进行干预,设为对照组.另外一组患者进行综合护理工作,例如:心理护理、营养支持、患肢护理、环境护理以及功能锻炼等等,设为观察组.探究2组患者在经过负压封闭引流治疗护理后的病情情况以及对护理的总满意度.结果:这些下肢慢性难愈创面患者在进行负压封闭引流治疗后,创面全部都愈合了,治疗有效性达到100%.而对照组患者的总满意度要比观察组患者的总满意度低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:要让下肢慢性难愈创面患者能够有效的提高治疗效果,创面愈合的速度加快同时降低患者的痛苦.使用采用负压封闭引流进行治疗并且进行综合护理的影响效果较为好,值得临床大力推广.

Objective:to analyze and discuss the key points of nursing for patients with chronic wound of lower extremity treated by vacuum sealing and drainage.Methods:a total of 98 patients with chronic wound of lower extremity who were admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and then 98 patients were divided into two groups by random number method,with an average of 49 patients in each group.One group of patients was treated with routine nursing measures,which was set as routine group.Another group of patients to carry out comprehensive nursing work,such as:psychological care,nutritional support,limb care,environmental care and functional exercise,etc.,was set as the control group.To explore the two groups of patients after the treatment of vacuum sealing and drainage of the state of illness and the total satisfaction of nursing.Results:after the treatment of vacuum sealing and drainage,the wounds of these patients were all healed,and the therapeutic effectiveness reached 100%.The total satisfaction of the patients in the routine group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P.Conclusion:in order to improve the therapeutic effect,the speed of wound healing should be accelerated and the pain of patients should be reduced.The effect of vacuum sealing drainage and comprehensive nursing is better,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
