摘要
深圳建设全球城市,需要考虑人流、物流、资金流和信息流等国际通行指标,以及城市的行政级别和政治功能、经济功能、地理位置和历史、文化和区域内城市的政策(制度)红利等国内相关指标。企业发展和居民生存成本不断提高,大湾区区域协同发展不畅,与全球城市的连接度较弱,国际海事话语权薄弱,文化软实力需要提升,自主创新能力不强等,是其主要的制约因素。要着力增强深圳与国内外城市的连接度,努力推进人流、物流、资金流和信息流的要素流通;加强深圳社会经济的综合建设,全面提升深圳城市能级和综合实力,打造全球标杆城市。
To build a global city,Shenzhen needs to consider international traffic indicators such as people flow,logistics,capital flow and information flow,as well as domestic relevant indicators such as the administrative level,political function,economic function,geographical location,history,culture and policy(system)dividend of the city within the region.The development of enterprises and living costs of residents are constantly increasing,the regional coordination of the Greater Bay Area is not smooth,the degree of connection with global cities is weak,the international maritime discourse power is weak,cultural soft power needs to be improved,the ability of independent innovation is not strong,etc.,are the main constraints.Efforts should be made to strengthen the connection between Shenzhen and domestic and foreign cities,and efforts should be made to promote the flow of people,logistics,capital flow and information flow.Strengthen the comprehensive social and economic construction of Shenzhen,comprehensively improve the level and comprehensive strength of Shenzhen city,to build a global benchmark city.
