智慧管网总体架构与发展策略思考

Thinking on overall structure and development strategy of intelligent pipeline network

为进一步提升管道行业对智能化发展的认识和理解,调研分析了国内外智慧行业发展现状及趋势,收集了国外智能管道相关应用案例,总结了中国智慧管网建设已开展工作成果及中俄东线智能管道工程实践做法。国内外智慧行业(包括智慧管网)建设总体上均处于发展的初级阶段,发展方向主要集中在物联网、数字孪生、机器人、设备智能诊断、工业互联网平台应用等方面,同时提出了数据统一、系统集成以及标准化发展的总体思路。基于此,提出了智慧管网建设系统全面且具有工程可操作性的总体解决方案:基于业务维度、智慧维度、能力维度构建了智慧管网总体架构,并明确了各维度具体内容,以结果为导向建立了智慧管网能力成熟度评价的基本模型。依据"由简到难、由点到面、由局部到整体"的原则,提出了"智能化、智慧化、平台化"三大阶段逐步递进的智慧管网发展路线图。最后,对当前智慧管网建设中存在的问题进行了深入分析,提出了有针对性的发展策略。(图5,表3,参58)

To further increase the knowledge and understanding of the pipeline industry to its intelligent development,the status and trend of intelligent industry at home and abroad were investigated and analyzed,the relevant application cases of intelligent pipeline abroad were collected,and the results of work carried out in the construction of intelligent pipeline network in China and the practice of intelligent pipeline engineering in China-Russia Eastern Gas Pipeline were summarized.The construction of intelligent industry(including the intelligent pipeline network)at home and abroad is generally in the primary stage of development,of which the development direction focused on the Internet of Things,digital twins,robots,intelligent equipment diagnosis,industrial internet platform application and so on.At the same time,the overall ideas of data unification,system integration and standardization development were proposed.On this basis,the overall solution of intelligent pipeline network with comprehensive systems and engineering operability was proposed.The overall structure of intelligent pipeline network was established based on the aspects of business,intelligence and capability,and the specific contents of each aspect were clarified.Besides,the result-oriented basic model for capability maturity evaluation of intelligent pipeline network was also proposed.On the principle of"from simple to difficult,from point to surface,and from part to whole",the developing route of"automatization,intellectualization and platformization"was put forward to the intelligent pipeline network.Finally,the problems existing in the construction of intelligent pipeline network were analyzed in depth,and the targeted development strategy was put forward.(5 Figures,3 Tables,58 References)
