瓦斯突出工作面极薄煤层开采爆破技术优化研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 金岭煤矿17133采煤工作面开采一7煤层,为瓦斯突出工作面,工作面高度仅0.8 m,煤层厚度0.3~0.8 m,为极薄煤层,设计采用爆破方式开采。原有爆破设计施工效果不理想,工作面月推进度不足35 m。通过实地调研,结合煤岩体爆破理论及爆破影响因素分析研究,对工作面炮孔起爆顺序、炮孔布置结构和炮孔装药结构进行了技术优化。优化后爆破煤壁整齐,无明显的凹凸现象,爆破效果良好;工作面单进循环提高0.3~0.5 m,月进度提高15~22 m,工作面推进速度明显提高,降低了工人劳动强度,具有良好的经济效益。 Ⅰ7 coal seam is mined in 17133 working face of Jinling Coal Mine,which is a gas outburst working face.The height of working face is only 0.8 m,and the thickness of coal seam is 0.3~0.8 m,and it is a extremely thin coal seam.Blasting method is designed for mining.The original blasting design construction effect was not ideal,the working face advancing speed was less than 35 m/month.Based on field investigation,combined with the blasting theory of coal and rock mass and the analysis and research of blasting influencing factors,initiation sequence,layout structure and charge structure of blasting holes were optimized.After optimization,the blasting coal wall was neat,there was no obvious concave convex phenomenon,and the blasting effect was good.The single entry cycle of working face was increased by 0.3~0.5 m,the monthly progress was increased by 15~22 m,the advancing speed of working face was obviously improved,the labor intensity of workers was reduced,and good economic benefits were obtained.
