新时代背景下培育壮大河南省企业家队伍的对策建议

Countermeasures and Suggestions for Cultivating and Strengthening Entrepreneur Team inHenan Province under the Background of the New Era

企业家是经济活动的重要主体,是一个国家或地区重要的战略资源。进入新时代,对于河南来说,要实现河南省十四五发展规划和2035远景目标,就要把河南省企业家队伍的培育壮大摆在更加突出战略位置。本文通过参照东部经济发达省份建设企业家队伍所采取的措施和对当前河南省企业家队伍的现状和存在问题分析,提出了一系列培育壮大河南省企业家队伍的对策建议。

Entrepreneurs are an important subject of economic activities and an important strategic resource of a country or region.Entering the new era,for Henan Province,to achieve the 14th Five-Year Development Plan and 2035 long-term goals of Henan Province,it is necessary to put the cultivation and growth of the entrepreneur team in Henan Province in a more prominent strategic position.By referring to the measures taken by the eastern economically developed provinces to build the entrepreneurs team and analyzing the current status and problems of the entrepreneurs in Henan Province,this article puts forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions for cultivating and strengthening the entrepreneurs of Henan Province.
