摘要
基于新冠疫情的宏观背景,国际冷链物流中的“人物并防”成为防疫关键,本文分析湖南省农产品国际冷链物流总体框架,构建买方、卖方、平台方三方联动的湖南省农产品国际冷链物流体系,并进行便捷的APP设计,有力保障湖南省农产品进出口安全。
Based on the macro background of the COVID-19,the"prevention of people and things"in international cold chain logistics has become the key to epidemic prevention.This article analyzes the overall framework of the international cold chain logistics of agricultural products in Hunan Province,constructs an international cold chain logistics system for agricultural products in Hunan Province that is linked by the buyer,seller,and platform,and carries out convenient APP design to effectively guarantee the safety of agricultural products import and export in Hunan Province.
