摘要
针对装配整体式混凝土结构套筒灌浆饱满度现场检测的问题,运用TRIZ理论的因果分析、资源分析、矛盾分析、物场分析及TRIZ创新设计软件等工具,提出创意概念解。最后,应用努力影响矩阵对解决方案进行评价,给出切实可行的解决方案,为研发有效的套筒灌浆饱满度检测技术提供了很好的参考,同时促进TRIZ理论在国内的发展应用。
Aiming at the problem that the fullness of sleeve grouting in the assembled monolithic concrete structure is difficult to detect on site,this paper uses TRIZ theory's causal analysis,resource analysis,contradiction analysis,object field analysis and TRIZ innovative design software and other tools to propose creative conceptual solutions.Finally,it applies the effort influence matrix to evaluate the solution and gives a practical solution,which provides a good reference for the research and development of effective sleeve grouting fullness detection technology,and promotes the development and application of TRIZ theory in China.
