摘要
整体涡轮盘是由若干个叶片构成的,一般采用实心盘加工而成,其对应需要去除叶片以外的通道部分。小型涡轮盘的通道由于弯扭和间隙小,不能使用传统的机械加工,而只能采用成型电极电火花加工成型。电极实体与通道之间的间隙会更小,此时采用手工计算电火花加工程序几乎无法求解。本文正是结合整体小型涡轮盘通道的电火花加工程序,设计了软件框架并实现了程序的自动计算。加工程序经过实际验证可行有效,能够满足最终零件加工需求。
The whole turbine disc is composed of several blades,which are generally processed by a solid disc,which corresponds to the need to remove the passage part other than the blades.Due to the small bending and twisting and small gap,the passage of the small turbine disc cannot be processed by traditional machining,but can only be formed by forming electrode EDM.The gap between the electrode entity and the channel will be smaller.At this time,it is almost impossible to solve it by manual calculation of the EDM program.In this paper,it is to combine the EDM program of the small whole turbine disk channel,design the software framework and realize the automatic calculation of the program.The processing procedure has been verified to be feasible and effective and can meet the processing requirements of the final part.
