高校毕业生视角下的就业质量评价体系构建

Construction of Employment Quality Evaluation System from the Perspective of College Graduates

目前对大学生就业质量评价指标体系涉及诸多要素,其权重系数也有所差异,但基本都是从政府、学校、毕业生各层面来全面评价,几乎没有单以毕业生为主要视角的就业质量评价体系。本文构建一个基于就业者视角的、可操作性强的,可以对大学生个体及群体的就业质量进行综合评价和测算的方法。

The current evaluation index system for college students'employment quality involves many elements,the weight coefficients are also different,but they are basically comprehensively evaluated from the government,school,and graduate levels.There is almost no employment quality evaluation system that focuses solely on graduates.This article constructs a method based on the employment perspective,which is highly operable,and can comprehensively evaluate and measure the employment quality of individual and group college students.
