基于价格的B2C商品退货策略研究

摘要 随着电子商务的蓬勃发展,退货问题也越来越突出,并使退货成本大大增加。一些网店企业试图通过给予消费者一定的补偿来降低其退货行为,但退货补偿值的确定还未得到科学的计算。本文通过建立数学模型,并进行求解,探讨电子商务中最优的退货补偿值,从而减少网购消费者退货行为,降低退货成本,并提升网店企业利润。对于网店企业制定科学的退货补偿策略有着重要的意义。 With the vigorous development of e-commerce,the problem of return is becoming more and more prominent,and the cost of return is greatly increased.Some online store enterprises try to reduce the cost of return by giving consumers certain compensation,but the determination of return compensation value has not been scientifically calculated.In this paper,through the establishment of a mathematical model and the solution,it explores the optimal value of return compensation in e-commerce,so as to reduce the return behavior of online shopping consumers,reduce the cost of return,and improve the profits of online stores.It is of great significance for online store enterprises to formulate a scientific return compensation strategy.
