摘要
为了考虑多因素解决课题组新型锤片式粉碎机效率偏低的问题,文章采用EDEM-Fluent相耦合的方法,利用Solid Works软件工具对课题组研发的新型锤片式粉碎机进行建模,得到了在粉碎过程中颗粒的分布、运动和碰撞,粉碎机内压力和速度的分布曲线。并通过正交试验分析回料管直径、喂料速率和喂料量三个因素对筛分效率的影响。结果表明:回料管直径对粉碎机筛分效率的影响程度最大,喂料速率次之,喂料量对粉碎机筛分效率的影响程度最小,当回料管直径为50 mm,喂料速率为0.75 kg/s,喂料量为6 kg时,锤片式粉碎机的筛分效率达到最高为88.83%。文章内容具有一定的实用性,其方法对粉碎机的研究具有参考价值。
In order to consider multiple factors to solve the problem of low efficiency of the new type hammer mill of the research group,this paper adopts the method of EDEM-Fluent intersection and uses Solid Works software tools to model the new hammer mill developed by the above group.The distribution,movement and collision of particles during the crushing process,as well as the distribution curve of pressure and velocity in the crusher are obtained.And through the orthogonal test to analyze the influence of the three factors of the diameter of the return pipe,the feeding rate and the feeding amount on the screening efficiency.The results showed:The diameter of the return pipe has the greatest impact on the screening efficiency of the crusher,followed by the feeding rate,and the feed amount has the smallest impact on the screening efficiency of the crusher.When the diameter of the return pipe is 50 mm,the feeding rate is 0.75 kg/s,and the feeding amount is 6 kg,the screening efficiency of the hammer mill reaches the highest 88.83%.The content of the article has a certain practicability,and its method has reference value for the research of crusher.
