日粮中添加杜仲粉对松辽黑猪生长性能、胴体性状、肉质性状及经济效益的影响

Effects of diets with Eucommia ulmoides powder adding on growth performance,carcass traits,meat quality traits and economic benefits of Songliao black pig

为了研究杜仲粉对育肥后期松辽黑猪生长性能、胴体性状、肉质性状及经济效益的影响,选择育肥后期85 kg左右的松辽黑猪30头,随机分为3组(1个对照组,2个试验组),每组10头。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮的基础上分别添加1%、2%的杜仲粉。通过30 d的舍内饲养试验,对其生长性能、胴体性状、肉质性状、经济效益进行分析。结果表明:与对照组相比,1%杜仲粉添加组仅离心失水率显著降低(P<0.05),其他指标差异不显著,而2%杜仲粉添加组平均日增重、屠宰率、瘦肉率、熟肉率显著提高(P<0.05),pH24显著降低(P<0.05),料重比、脂肪率、黄度(b*)、离心失水率极显著降低(P<0.01)。试验结果表明:饲料中添加2%的杜仲粉可以显著提高育肥猪的生长性能,改善胴体性能,提高肉质性状。饲料中添加1%的杜仲粉盈利最高。

In order to investigate the effect of different levels of Eucommia ulmoides powder in diet on the growth performance,carcass performance,meat quality and economic benefits of Songliao black pigs,30 Songliao black pigs with average original weight of 85 kg in the late fattening period were randomly divided into 3 groups with 10 pigs per group.The additive levels of Eucommia ulmoides powder in different group were 0%(control group),1%(group 1),2%(group 2)and the experiment lasted 1 month.The results showed that there was no significant difference between control group and group 1 except the centrifugal water loss rate significantly decreasing in group 1,but the average daily weight gain,slaughter rate,lean meat rate,cooked meat percent were significantly increased(P<0.05)in group 2,pH24 was significantly reduced(P<0.05)and feed/gain ratio,fat percentage,yellowness(b*)and centrifugal water loss rate were reduced very significantly(P<0.01)in group 2 compared to the control group(P<0.01).In conclusion,adding 2%Eucommia ulmoides powder to the diet in the late fattening period could significantly increase the growth performance,improve carcass performance and meat quality of Songliao black pig.Adding 1%Eucommia ulmoides powder to the diet is the most profitable.
