红豆杉叶干粉对仙居鸡肌肉品质和紫杉醇含量的影响

摘要 试验旨在研究仙居鸡饲料中添加不同水平的红豆杉叶干粉对肌肉中肌苷酸、肌内脂肪和胆固醇含量的影响及紫杉醇在肌肉和肝脏中沉积量的变化规律,以确定红豆杉叶干粉的适宜添加水平。试验选取140日龄体重相近、健康状况良好的仙居鸡400只,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复20只。其中A组为对照组,饲喂基础饲粮,B、C、D组为试验组,在基础日粮中分别添加2%、3%、4%的红豆杉叶干粉,试验期90 d。结果表明:在试验第60 d和90 d时,试验组鸡胸肌和肝脏中均可检测到紫杉醇的含量,且90 d时D组含量显著高于B组(P<0.05)。在试验第90 d,D组鸡胸肌肌苷酸含量显著高于A组和C组(P<0.05);C、D组鸡胸肌的肌内脂肪含量显著高于A组(P<0.05),D组鸡胸肌中胆固醇含量显著低于A组(P<0.05);B组腿肌的肌内脂肪含量显著低于A组(P<0.05),A组和C、D组间差异不显著(P>0.05);各组鸡腿肌的肌苷酸和胆固醇含量以及肝脏中脂肪和胆固醇含量差异均不显著(P>0.05)。综上所述,仙居鸡饲粮中添加不同水平的红豆杉叶干粉可以改善肌肉肌苷酸、肌内脂肪的含量和降低胆固醇的含量,且紫杉醇能够沉积在肌肉和肝脏中。因此,可将红豆杉叶干粉作为功能性饲料应用于家禽生产中,建议添加量为4%。 This experiment aimed to determine the effect of different levels of dried yew leaf powder on the contents of inosinic acid,intramus-cular fat and cholesterol in the muscle of Xianjuchicken and the variation of taxol in muscle andliver,so as to determine the appropriate level ofdried yew leaf powder.A total of 400 Xianjuchickens with similar body weight and good health at 140 days were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 5 replicates of 20 chickens each.GroupA was fed the basic diet as control group.Group B,C and D were used as the experimental group.2%,3%and 4%of dried yew leaf powder were added to the basal diet for 90 days.The resultsshowed that the taxol content was detected in both the chest muscle and the liver at the 60 d and 90 d,and the content of group D was significantly higher than that in the group B(P<0.05).At the end ofthe experimental period,the content of pectoral inosinic acid in group D was significantly higher thanthat in group A and C(P<0.05).The intrathoracic fat in group C and D was significantly higher thanthat in group A(P<0.05).The cholesterol in group D was significantly lower than that in group A(P<0.05).The intramuscular fat content of leg muscles in group B was significantly lower than that ingroup A,while there was no significant difference between group A,group C and group D.There wasno significant difference in inosinic acid and cholesterol of leg muscles among the four groups(P>0.05).The contents of fat and cholesterol in liver among the groups were not different significantly(P>0.05).In summary,the addition of different levels of dried yew leaf powder in the diet can improve thecontent of inosinic acid,intramuscular fat and cholesterol,and taxol can be deposited in the muscleand liver.Therefore,the dried yew leaf powder can be used as a functional feed in poultry production.The 4%addition amount is recommended.
