摘要
为提高中小学教材的卫生安全性,降低中小学教科书VOCs残留,对中小学教材原辅料进行分析。通过分析印品VOCs残留的影响因素,参考国家颁布的相关行业标准,并结合企业生产特点,建立原辅料和成品VOCs控制标准。在教材生产过程中严格执行新制定的VOCs控制标准,进行教材印刷生产,生产结束后对样书进行抽样检测。根据对所选样书的检测结果,得知样书中挥发性有机化合物的残留种类明显减少,残留总量明显降低。以丙酮、甲苯、环己酮为例:语文教材分别含有0.13mg/m^2、0.004mg/m^2、0.03mg/m^2,未采用VOCs控制标准的数学教材分别含有0.578mg/m^2、0.004mg/m^2、0.242mg/m^2。通过标准的建立和完善,有效证明了建立符合企业生产特点的VOCs控制标准,不仅可以推动企业绿色生产的发展,还可以提高产品质量,提高企业竞争力。
In order to improve the hygiene and safety of textbooks in primary and secondary schools,and reduce the residual VOCs of textbooks in primary and secondary schools,the raw and auxiliary materials of textbooks in primary and secondary schools are analyzed.By analyzing the influencing factors of VOCs residues in printed products,referring to relevant industry standards promulgated by the country,and combining the production characteristics of enterprises,the control standards for raw materials and finished products VOCs are established.Strictly implement the newly formulated VOCs control standards in the production process of teaching materials,carry out printing production of teaching materials,and conduct sampling tests on sample books after production.According to the test results of the selected sample book,it is known that the residual types of volatile organic compounds in the sample book are significantly reduced,and the total amount of residues is significantly reduced.Take acetone,toluene,and cyclohexanone as examples:Chinese textbooks contain 0.13mg/m^2,0.004mg/m^2,0.03mg/m^2,and mathematics textbooks that do not use VOCs control standards contain 0.578mg/m^2,0.004mg/m^2,respectively.0.242mg/m^2.Through the establishment and improvement of standards,it is effectively proved that the establishment of VOCs control standards that meet the characteristics of enterprise production can not only promote the development of enterprise green production,but also improve product quality and enhance enterprise competitiveness.
