The Scales of Anticholinergic Side Effects of Antipsychotics and Syndrome of Deficiency of both Qi and Yin in Traditional Chinese Medicine

抗精神病药物通过阻断神经递质发挥效应,因此部分药物具有抗胆碱能副作用,目前临床缺乏有效的界定和明确诊断、治疗手段。为改善这一现状,研究组制订了抗精神病药物抗胆碱能副作用量表和对应的中医气阴两虚证型量表,为临床明确诊断和治疗提供了有力支撑。

Antipsychotics takes effects by blocking neurotransmitter. For this reason,a part of antipsychotics have the anticholinergic side effects. At present,there is still a lack of valid definition,definitive measures of diagnosis and treatment. In order to improve this situation,the paper provides the scales of anticholinergic side effects of antipsychotics and based on syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin in traditional Chinese medicine,which make a support for definitive diagnosis and treatment.
