怒伤肝对女性生殖功能的影响

Influence of Rage Impairing Liver on Female Reproductive Function

怒志作为中医七情之一,致病最多,且女子在情志上多郁怒。"怒伤肝"早在《黄帝内经》中已提出,为历代医家所重视,而古代医家叶天士在《临证指南医案》中明确提出"女子以肝为先天"的思想,主要表现在女子生殖方面,经、孕、胎、产等生理功能与肝密切相关。因此本文提出"怒伤肝"会影响女性生殖功能的观点,主要体现在怒伤肝致肝主疏泄、藏血功能受损,怒伤肝影响冲任督带四脉功能的正常发挥,怒伤肝影响精血化生。本文从肝的功能、经络、精血同源3个方面对上述观点进行探讨,并结合古今文献、现代实验研究、医案等对其进行论证。

Rage,as one of the seven emotions of traditional Chinese medicine,is the most pathogenic factor,and the woman in terms of emotion is mostly depressed and angry. The "rage impairing liver"had been put forward as early as in Huangdi Neijing,which has been valued by medical experts in the past dynasties. Moreover,the ancient medical expert,Ye Tianshi,clearly put forward the thought of"female taking liver as congenital"in Clinic Guidline of Medical Records,which is mainly manifested in female reproduction and female physiological functions what are closely related to liver. Therefore,this paper puts forward the viewpoint that "rage impairing liver"will affect the female reproductive function,which is mainly reflected in that"rage impairing liver"causes the damage of liver governing tendons and ligaments and impairs the function of liver storing blood,affects the normal function of play of the four vessels of the thoroughfare,conception,governor and belt,and influences the metaplasia of essence and blood. This article discusses the above viewpoints from the three aspects of the function of liver,meridian and collateral,essence and blood from same source,which demonstrates by combining with ancient and modern literature,modern experimental research,and medical records,etc.
