摘要
目的观察泻白散加减联合中药离子导入治疗风热闭肺型小儿肺炎临床疗效。方法将64例肺炎喘嗽(风热闭肺型)患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,各32例,对照组给予西医常规对症支持治疗;治疗组在西医常规对症治疗基础上,给予泻白散加减联合中药离子导入治疗,治疗1周。比较2组患儿临床症状体征改善情况及住院时间,并判断临床疗效。结果治疗组患儿体温恢复时间、咳嗽消失、肺部啰音消失时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P <0. 05),治疗组痊愈率为93. 75%,对照组痊愈率为68. 75%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论泻白散加减联合中药离子导入治疗风热闭肺型小儿肺炎临床疗效显著,能有效缩短患儿治疗时长,适用于临床。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of the modified Xiebai powder combined with traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis in treating pediatric pneumonia due to wind-heat blocking lung. Methods 64 children with pneumonia( wind-heat blocking lung) were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 32 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional symptomatic supportive treatment by Western medicine,and the treatment group was given modified Xiebai powder combined with traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis on the basis of conventional symptomatic treatment by Western medicine. The treatment continued one week,the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs of two groups of children and hospital stay,and judge the clinical efficacy was compared.Results The temperature recovery time,cough disappearance,lung rales disappearance time and hospitalization time in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). The cure rate in the treatment group was 93. 75%,and the cure rate in the control group was 68. 75%. The curative effect of the group was significantly better than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The combination of modified Xiebai powder combined with traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis in treating pediatric pneumonia due to windheat blocking lung has significant clinical effect. It can effectively shorten the treatment time of children and is suitable for clinical use.
