医院西药房高危药品风险管理效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Risk Management of High-risk Drugs in Hospital Western Pharmacy

目的探讨医院西药房高危药品风险管理效果。方法选取2018年1月—2019年12月使用高危药品治疗患者90例,将2018年1月—2018年12月常规高危药品管理患者45例设为对照组,2019年1月—2019年12月高危药品风险管理模式患者45例设为观察组,比较2组用药不良反应及误用发生率,统计高危药品管理风险事件发生率。结果观察组患者药物不良反应及误用率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组警示片损伤、药品摆放错误、使用后补充不及时、高危药品过期、用错药及其他不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院西药房高危药品风险管理,可降低患者药物不良反应和误用率,减少高危药品管理不良事件发生率,具有积极推广价值。

Objective To explore the risk management effect of high-risk drugs in the western pharmacy of the hospital. Methods 90 patients who were treated with high-risk drugs from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected. Forty-five patients with routine high-risk drug management from January 2018 to December 2018 were set as the control group. The high-risk drugs were used from January 2019 to December 2019. Forty-five patients with drug risk management mode were set as the observation group. The incidence of adverse drug reactions and misuse were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of high-risk drug management risk events was counted.Results The adverse drug reactions and misuse rates of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The warning film of the observation group was damaged,the drug was placed incorrectly,the supplement was not timely after use,and the high-risk drugs were expired. The total incidence of wrong drugs and other adverse events of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The risk management of high-risk drugs in the western pharmacy of the hospital can reduce the rate of adverse drug reactions and misuse of patients,and reduce the incidence of adverse events in the management of high-risk drugs. It has positive promotion value.
