摘要
茶叶是当今世界消费量最大的饮料之一,而红茶尤其得到了人们的关注。主要概述了红茶的化学成分及生理活性,为红茶的进一步研究和开发提供理论基础。
Tea is one of the most popular consumed beverages in the world,and people pay attention to black tea in particular.In this paper,we made a review on the chemical components and physiological activities of black tea,which can provide a theoretical basis for the further research and development of it.
