摘要
对液相法一氯甲烷生产过程中二甲醚生成的反应机理进行了分析。提出采取调整进料配比、反应温度和催化剂浓度等技术措施,可以有效降低反应过程中二甲醚生成比例,从而减少硫酸的用量。
The reaction mechanism of the formation of dimethyl ether in the production of monochloromethane in the liquid phase method was analyzed.It is proposed to adopt technical measures such as adjusting the feed ratio,reaction temperature and catalyst concentration,which can effectively reduce the proportion of dimethyl ether produced during the reaction,thereby reducing the amount of sulfuric acid.
