摘要
介绍了离子膜法烧碱系统中稀硫酸泵的使用情况及频繁故障的危害,分析了运行周期较短的原因,并提出了提高稀硫酸泵运行周期的措施。
The service condition and hazards of frequent failure of dilute sulphuric acid pump on ion-exchange membrance caustic soda system are introduced.The reasons of operation period relatively short are analyzed.Measures to increase the operation period of dilute sulphuric acid pump are proposed.
