命运共同体视域下的中非人文交流理论体系构建

A theoretical construction of China-Africa people-to-people and cultural exchanges from the perspective of A Community of Shared Future

中非人文交流历史基础深厚、现实动力强劲、战略意义深远。2000年中非合作论坛的成立进一步促进了中非关系的发展。当前中非人文交流相对落后于政治与经贸领域的交流。在“一带一路”倡议和“构建更加紧密的中非命运共同体”背景下,构建中非人文交流理论体系要以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义外交思想为指导,以真实亲诚为理念,以“五位一体”为内涵特质,以文化交流、媒体合作、学术智库、民间交往、医疗卫生等为主要领域,助力中非之间民心相通,确保中非关系行稳致远。

There is a profound historical foundation,strong practical impetus and far-reaching strategic significance in China-Africa people-to-people and cultural exchanges.The establishment of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation in 2000 has promoted the further development of China-Africa relations.At present,the theory and practice of China-Africa people-to-people and cultural exchanges lag behind the fields of politics and economy.Against the background of“the Belt and Road Initiative”and“building an even closer China-Africa Community of Shared Future”,the theoretical construction of China-Africa people-to-people and cultural exchanges should be guided by Xi Jinping’s Diplomatic Thoughts on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,taking a true,friendly and sincere view of policy and“five-in-one”as the characteristic connotation with the cultural exchanges,media cooperation,academic think tanks,non-governmental exchanges,medical and health work as the main fields to promote common aspiration of the people and ensure the stable development of China-Africa cooperation.
