The author accumulated certain clinical experience in diagnosing and treating spleen and stomach diseases during her 30 years of clinical practice,thereby establishing her unique academic thoughts as well as diagnosis and treatment.The author particularly elaborates her viewpoints as follows:recognizing spleen and stomach diseases by reading the TCM classics;recognizing the whole from the integral parts,governing the exterior to recognize the interior;combining the macroscopic syndrome differentiation and microscopic test such as Helicobacter pylori and gastroscopic tests;comprehensively applying multiple therapies in treating difficult miscellaneous diseases based on the tenet of“three parts in one”,which refers to the comprehensive application of oral administration based on syndrome differentiation,rectal infusion of Chinese medicine as well as acupoints application of Chinese medicine plus direst current introduction etc.,consolidating the curative effect of recurrent diseases by TCM plaster.This paper makes a detailed analysis of the clinical applications of these treatment methods by enumerating several cases,hopefully starting a discussion with the professionals in this field.
