摘要
传感器的非接触远距探测能有效扩大行业应用领域和不同场景。并藉由规模量产更快实现技术迭代,促使对敏感源增强、弱信号检测、微机电(MEMS)与CMOS工艺兼容、噪声抑制、传感器阵列、多传感融合等技术的集成化发展,构筑“传感信号+算法”的“模式识别”智能,实现即插即用的传感功能模组,推动非接触“人机交互”应用。
The non-contact remote detection of sensors can effectively expand the industry application fields and different scenarios.Through large-scale production,technology iteration can be realized more quickly,which promotes the integrated development of sensitive source enhancement,weak signal detection,MEMS and CMOS process compatibility,noise suppression,sensor array,multi-sensor fusion and other technologies.The“pattern recognition”intelligence of“sensing signal+algorithm”is constructed,and the plug and play sensing function module is realized,and the non-contact“human-computer interaction”application is promoted.
