摘要
外转子电机即转子在定子外部的结构,目前外转子电机的防护等级只能达到IP56,无法达到IP67。运用传统方法已经无法提升电机的防护等级,因此需要运用一种新的方法来获得解决办法。TRIZ方法是现今国内外比较流行和实用的创新方法,受到国内外创新者的追捧,本文将运用该方法获得外转子电机防护等级的解决方法。
The outer rotor motor is the structure of the rotor outside the stator.At present,the protection level of the outer rotor motor can only reach IP56,not IP67.The traditional method can not improve the protection level of the motor,so we need to use a new method to get the solution.TRIZ method is a popular and practical innovation method at home and abroad,which is popular among innovators at home and abroad.This paper will use this method to obtain the protection level of rotor motor.
