媒体融合时代的高校新闻传播教育:挑战与应对

Journalism and communication education in universities at the age of media convergence:Challenges and solutions

在媒体融合时代,新闻传播业态的显著变化对新闻媒体从业人员提出了新的业务范畴与业务技能要求,进而带来了新闻媒体用人标准的调整。通过梳理当前融媒体新闻传播实践形态及其对新型新闻传播专业人才的相应要求,调查和分析现阶段高校新闻传播教育在人才培养方面存在的不足,对比新闻业界人才需求与高校人才培养之间的差距,提出高校新闻传播教育应从育人理念、办学格局、教育资源、育人条件、师资队伍建设、实践平台利用等方面进行系统调整和完善,不断提升人才培养与社会需求的适契度,进而在深度介入媒体融合发展进程、更有效地服务社会中完成格局重构,实现自我进化。

At the age of media convergence,the remarkable changes of news and communication form have put forward new business scope and business skill requirements for news and media practitioners,leading to the adjustment of news and media employment standards.This paper analyzes the current practice forms of news communication in the media and its effect on the current situation of news communication education in universities of China,investigates the deficiencies and shortcomings in talent training of journalism and communication education in universities,and compares the gap between the demand of talents in the industry and the reality of talent training in colleges and universities.On this basis,universities should adjust and improve the system from such aspects as educational idea,educational pattern,education resources,educational condition,faculty building to practice platform application in journalism and communication education,keep improving the matching degree of talent training and social demand,thus completing pattern reconstruction and achieving self-development in the process of deeply involving in media convergence and offering effective services to the society.
