Capitalism,Socialism and Market Competition—The Re-mention of Socialist Labor Competition

社会主义市场经济的建立推动我国经济快速发展,但是市场竞争在激发市场的活力、提高劳动者积极性的同时,也存在着一定的弊端。通过对资本主义与社会主义的市场竞争进行对比,以及对劳动力在经济发展过程中的重要作用的分析,本文认为,通过开展劳动竞赛、发挥劳动力的主体作用是解决市场竞争效率缺失的重要途径。为此,应在企业内部管理以及企业外部经济环境中通过政府、市场和企业等各种力量组织劳动竞赛,以实现劳动者自身、企业以及社会经济整体的协调和可持续发展。

The establishment of socialist market economy promotes the rapid development of China’s economy.Market competition stimulates the vitality of the market and improves the enthusiasm of workers,but there are also some drawbacks.By comparing the market competition of capitalism and socialism and analyzing the important role of labor force in the process of economic development,it can be concluded that developing labor competition and giving full play to the main role of labor force is an important way to solve the lack of efficiency in market competition.In order to realize the coordinated and sustainable development of laborers themselves,enterprises and social economy,we should organize labor competition through government,market and enterprises in the internal management of enterprises and the external economic environment of enterprises.
