摘要
基于不同类型的金属陶瓷结合剂,讨论添加金属碳化物、氧化物、氮化物、硼化物及其复合添加剂对WC硬质合金微观结构、性能特点和应用领域的影响,比较各种陶瓷添加剂对WC晶粒生长的抑制效果和对硬质合金改性作用的差异;分析采用高熵合金代替传统金属粘结相制备新型WC硬质合金的发展潜力;介绍含陶瓷添加剂的复合粉体的制备方法以及硬质合金的先进烧结技术,最后指出金属陶瓷结合剂WC硬质合金的未来发展方向。
Based on different kinds of metal-ceramic binders,the effects of adding metal carbide,oxide,nitride,boride and their co-additives on the microstructure,properties and applications of WC cemented carbides were summarized.The differences of inhibiting effects of various ceramic additives on the growth of WC grains and the modification effects of ceramic additives on cemented carbides were compared.Besides,the development potential of using high-entropy alloy to replace traditional metal binders to prepare new WC cemented carbide was analyzed.Moreover,the preparation method of composite powder containing ceramic additives and the advanced sintering technology of cemented carbides were introduced.Finally,the future development direction of WC cemented carbides with metal-ceramic binders was pointed out.
