平刺针法治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Skin Plain Needle for Treatment of Postherpetic Neuralgia

目的:观察平刺法治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的疗效。方法:收集2017年6月至2018年6月符合躯干部带状疱疹后神经痛诊断标准的患者60例,按就诊先后顺序采用随机数字表法将患者随机分为平刺组和斜刺组,其中平刺组32例,斜刺组28例,每7 d为1个疗程共治疗3个疗程,进行VAS评分及体感诱发电位刺激仪评估比较2组治疗效果。结果:治疗7d较治疗前平刺组VAS评分下降,斜刺组差异无统计学意义;治疗21d后较治疗前2组患者VAS评分均有显著下降,平刺组VAS评分明显低于斜刺组,2组患者治疗前后体感诱发电位均有明显下降,且平刺组治疗21d后较斜刺组下降更为显著。结论:平刺法止痛效果优于斜刺法,治疗带状疱疹后神经痛应从“皮”出发。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of plain acupuncture on postherpetic neuralgia.Methods:From June 2017 to June 2018,60 cases of patients with postherpetic neuralgia of trunk were collected,and the patients were randomly divided into two groups,namely the plain acupuncture group and the oblique acupuncture group.There were 32 cases in the plain acupuncture group and 28 cases in the oblique acupuncture group.Both groups took 7 days as a course of treatment.A total of 3 courses were treated.VAS score and Somatosensory Evoked Potential Stimulation(SEPS)were performed to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Results:Compared with pre-treatment,VAS score in the plain acupuncture group decreased on 7d of treatment,and there was no statistical difference in the oblique acupuncture group.Compared with pre-treatment,VAS scores of both groups were significantly reduced on 21d of treatment,and VAS scores of plain acupuncture group were significantly lower than oblique acupuncture group.Somatosensory evoked potential(SEP)in both groups decreased significantly before and after treatment,and the decrease was more significant in the plain acupuncture group than oblique acupuncture group after 21d of treatment.Conclusion:The analgesic effect of plain acupuncture is better than oblique acupuncture group.This study considered that the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia should start from"skin".
