光核桃桃仁提取物苦杏仁苷杀虫效果研究

摘要 本试验以光核桃桃仁水提物为供试药剂,以蛞蝓、菜青虫、蚜虫为供试昆虫,研究光核桃桃仁提取物苦杏仁苷杀虫效果。试验采用超声波震荡法(用水)提取光核桃桃仁提取物苦杏仁苷,研究不同浓度的光核桃桃仁提取物苦杏仁苷提取液对蛞蝓、菜青虫、蚜虫的防治效果,对光核桃桃仁提取物苦杏仁苷的杀虫效果进行了研究,以确定光核桃桃仁提取物苦杏仁苷在病虫害防治方面的生物效益。结果表明:光核桃桃仁提取物苦杏仁苷对不同昆虫的杀虫效果不同,各浓度的光核桃桃仁提取物苦杏仁苷对不同昆虫的杀虫效果也不同。 The insecticidal effect of amygdalin from walnut kernel extract was studied in this experiment,using slugs,cabbage caterpillars and aphids as insects.Ultrasound vibration method was used to extract amygdalin from walnut kernel extract.The control effects of different concentration of amygdalin extract from walnut kernel extract on slugs,cabbage caterpillars and aphids were studied.The insecticidal effects of amygdalin from walnut kernel extract were also studied to determine the occurrence of amygdalin in disease and insect pest control and material benefits.The results showed that the insecticidal effects of amygdalin from walnut kernel extract on different insects were different,and the insecticidal effects of amygdalin from walnut kernel extract at different concentrations on different insects were also different.
