摘要
近来的建筑学研究出现了向日常空间的转向,住宅与社区是其中的核心议题。与“在微观尺度上理解人与日常空间的互动关系”不同,高目建筑设计事务所的集合住宅研究和实践,在更大范围揭示了城市居住空间的“生产”是如何受到国家政策、资本市场、技术规范和生活方式变化的综合作用。通过龙南佳苑案例,高目展现了“嵌入在巨大而有弹性的社会结构中”的建筑师通过个体行动和对体制内、外资源的借用,在制度缝隙中实现创新设计,最终介入甚至修改城市空间生产逻辑的可能。
In recent architectural studies,there has been a shift towards everyday space,with housing and community being the core issues.Different from the"micro-scale understanding of human interaction with everyday space",GOM's research on and practice of collective housing reveals how the"production"of urban housing is influenced by national and municipal policies,capital markets,technical regulations,and the changes of lifestyles.Through the case of Longnan Garden Estate,GOM demonstrates how architects,to a certain extent,could be"embedded in a large and flexible social structure"to realize innovative design.Largely through individual actions within the cracks of the constraints,GOM manages to intervene and modify the logic of urban space production by borrowing resources from both inside and outside of the system.
