陇东气象灾害预警信号特征分析

Analysis of Distribution Characteristics of Meteorological Disasters Warning Signal in Qingyang City

为了掌握陇东气象灾害预警信号的分布及特征,分析庆阳市2013—2018年预警信号发布等资料。结果表明:庆阳市主要发布10类气象灾害预警信号,暴雨、雷电、大雾和道路结冰等预警信号发布最为频繁;多数预警信号发布次数随年份呈增加趋势,雷电预警信号发布次数明显高于其他类别,寒潮、大风、霜冻等预警信号发布次数增加率不明显;不同预警信号发布等级不尽相同;预警发布总数空间分布总体呈东多西少态势,发布数量较多的为华池县、庆城县、合水县、宁县;TS评分和提前时间均呈逐年递增趋势。分析结果对发现和改进气象灾害预警工作中的不足,提升预警水平,增强气象防灾减灾能力有重要指导和参考意义。

To master the distribution and characteristics of early warning signals for meteorological disasters,this paper analyzes early warning signals and other data from 2013 to 2018 in Qingyang City of eastern Gansu.The results showed that Qingyang mainly issued 10 types of warning signals for meteorological disasters,among them,heavy rain,lightning,fog and road ice are issued most frequently.Mostly of early warnings increase by year.Lightning warning signal is the most frequent,but the frequency of early warning signals such as cold waves,strong winds,and frost has not increased significantly.And there are different levels of different early warning signals.The total number of early warnings in the eastern is more than that in the Western,and the number of announcements is Huachi County,Qingcheng County,Heshui County and Ning County.The TS score and ahead time are increased by year.The analysis results have important guidance and reference significance for detecting and improving the shortcomings in meteorological disaster early warning work,raising the degree of early warning,and enhancing the ability of meteorological disaster prevention and reduction.
