在中国特色社会主义新时代,构建理性的性别价值观体系对推动妇女事业向前发展具有重要意义。辩证唯物主义、历史唯物主义与女性主义哲学是性别价值观的思想基础。性别地位平等、性别发展自由与性别关系和谐是性别价值观的发展目标。在日常生活、社会活动与精神活动领域存在的不合理性别差异是实现性别价值观的现实梗阻。可以根据性别差异转化为对抗性矛盾的风险程度,选择相应的优化路径:优先消除性别教育机会的差异、职业的性别分割与性别道德的双重标准;逐步消除土地性别矛盾、两性参政程度的不同、女性艺术形象的异化建构与两性参与哲学、科学程度的不同;同时健全对承担更多家务劳动与生育责任的女性的补偿机制,并引导男性共同承担家务劳动。

In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the construction of gender values is of great significance to promote the advancement of woman’s cause.Dialectical materialism,historical materialism and feminist philosophy are the ideological bases of the gender value system.Equal gender status,free gender development and harmonious gender relations are the fundamental goals of gender values.The unreasonable gender differences in the field of daily life,social activities and spiritual activities are realistic obstacles to the realization of gender values.According to the risk that gender differences turn into antagonistic contradictions,we can choose the corresponding optimized path.Priority should be given to eliminating differences in gender education opportunities,the occupational gender segmentation and the double standards of gender morality;and gradually eliminating the gender conflict of land,the difference of gender participation in politics,philosophy and science,and the alienated construction of woman’s artistic image;at the same time,improving the compensation mechanism for women who take more responsibility for housework and childbirth,and guiding men to share the housework.
