天津女排后备人才培养模式与启示

Cultivation mode of Tianjin women volleyball reserve talents and suggestions for China

回顾和分析我国竞技体育后备人才培养模式的发展脉络、存在的问题、发展方向和新目标,在此基础上研究了天津女排后备人才培养模式,得出的启示和建议包括:1)丰富培养目标内涵,解决单一目标与多元利益追求之间的冲突,凝聚多元投资主体;2)制定多元化评价标准,推动竞技体育、群众体育、体育产业协调发展;3)创新制度建设,完善“多元化”管理体制,以制度促管理、促落实;4)打造多元化的成才路径,满足后备人才发展的多元化需求;5)采用多元化的合作形式,让专业的人做专业的事。

Abstract:Through reviewing the development of the reserve talents cultivation mode of competitive sports in China,analyzing the existing problems,the development direction and new purposes,the authors studied the cultivation mode of reserve talents of women’s volleyball of Tianjin.It is suggested that 1)we should enrich the connotation of training objectives,resolve the conflict between the single goal and the pursuit of multiple interests,cohese the multiple investors;2)develop diversified evaluation criteria to promote harmonious development of competitive sports,mass sports and sports industry;3)create new models,improve new system construction and"diversified"management system,and promote management and implementation by system;4)build a diversified training path to meet the diversified needs of the development of reserve talents;4)adopt diversified forms of cooperation and let professional people do professional things.
