Detection and Analysis of Antibody Against Newcastle Disease in Cuiping District of Yibin City,Sichuan Province

对鸡体内新城疫病毒抗体实施检测,可掌握鸡只抗体水平与鸡群免疫状况,作出免疫效果评估,不但使免疫程序的制定更加科学完善,有利于查补缺漏,及时对抗体水平低下的鸡群或地区进行补免。可利用预测技术对检测数据进行挖掘,把握免疫效果检查工作中的规律,为调整检查重点,加强防疫质量管理提供科学依据。为了解宜宾市翠屏区鸡新城疫免疫效果,及时发现疫情隐患和全区疫病防控工作中存在的问题,于2017—2019年在全区进行鸡新城疫免疫抗体抽样检测工作。通过检测并分析结果,评估鸡群新城疫免疫水平,以期为当地新城疫的防疫工作提供科学的指导。

The detection of newcastle disease virus antibody in chickens can not only master the antibody level of chickens and the immune status of chickens,but also make the immune effect evaluation.It not only makes the formulation of immune program more scientific and perfect,but also helps to find out the deficiencies and timely supplement immunization to the chickens with low antibody level.Moreover,the detection data can be mined by using prediction technology to grasp the immunity The law of epidemic effect inspection provides scientific basis for adjusting the key points of inspection and strengthening the quality management of epidemic prevention.In order to understand the immune effect of newcastle disease(NDV)in Cuiping district of Yibin city,and find out the hidden dangers of the epidemic and the problems existing in the prevention and control of the epidemic disease in Cuiping district of Yibin city,the sampling test of newcastle disease immune antibody was carried out in the whole district from 2017 to 2019.Through the detection and analysis of the results,to evaluate the immune level of newcastle disease in chickens,in order to provide scientific guidance for the local newcastle disease prevention work.
