用TOPSIS法对生猪屠宰视频监控检疫效果综合评价

Comprehensively Evaluation of TOPSIS Method in the Video Surveillance and Quarantine on Swine Slaughtering

常规的检疫监管手段已不能确保生猪肉品的安全需要。经过探索研究,集成示范视频监控在生猪屠宰检疫监管中的应用,对屠宰线全程进行有效监管,在预防动物疫病,提高肉品质量方面具有重要意义。采用TOPSIS法对生猪屠宰视频监控检疫应用前后的效果进行综合评价,结果显示,视频监控的应用,提升宰前管理能力,减少工作强度,屠宰检疫管理水平显著提升。

Conventional methods of quarantine and supervision can no longer ensure the safety of pork products.It is approved that the integrated demonstration video surveillance in swine slaughtering and quarantine supervision can effectively supervise the whole slaughter line,which is of great significance in preventing animal epidemics and improving meat quality.TOPSIS method was used to comprehensively evaluate the effects of swine slaughtering video surveillance and quarantine by comparing its application or not.The results showed that the application of video surveillance enhanced the management ability before slaughter,reduced the working intensity and significantly improved the management level of slaughtering and quarantine.
