集约化牧场奶牛乳房炎致病菌样品检测与分析 被引量:2

摘要 近年,奶牛养殖水平显著提高,但存在养殖场管理不规范,消毒措施落实不严,消毒剂选择不科学,造成牧场菌群紊乱,致病菌呈现接触传染型和环境型并发感染,对牛场乳房炎发病控制难度增大,并带来包括弃奶、用药、体细胞风险、乳品质下降等重大经济损失。对新疆奎屯垦区个集约化牧场的奶牛生鲜乳、养殖圈舍环境、挤奶厅、奶罐取样,进行奶牛乳房炎致病菌样品检测,并提出分析报告和建议。 In recent years,the level of dairy cattle breeding has improved significantly,but there are some problems,such as improper farm management,lax disinfection measures,unscientific selection of disinfectants,disorder of bacteria in pasture,and concurrent infection of pathogenic bacteria in contact and environment,it is more difficult to control cow farm mastitis,and it brings great economic loss,such as discarding milk,using medicine,risk of body cell and decreasing of milk quality.Recently,we collected samples of raw milk,breeding pen environment,milking parlor and milk pot from three intensive pastures in Kuitun reclamation area of Xinjiang,and tested the pathogenic bacteria of cow mastitis,and put forward analysis report and suggestion.
