摘要 驴是典型的草食性家畜,具有采食量小,适应能力强,传染性疾病少耐粗饲,耐粗放管理,养殖成本低,饲料来源广泛的特点。近年,人们物质生活水平不断提升,对驴肉的需求量不断增加。驴肉蛋白质含量丰富,具有不饱和脂肪酸,驴皮是制作阿胶的重要材料,是我国传统的中药。在生物制药、食品添加剂和工业方面有广泛应用。该文主要论述肉驴饲养管理技术要点。 Donkey is a typical herbivorous livestock with small feed intake,strong adaptability,less tolerance to coarse feeding,tolerance to extensive management,low breeding cost,a wide range of feed sources infectious disease.In recent years,people's material living standards continue to improve,the demand for donkey meat is increasing.Donkey meat is rich in protein,with unsaturated fat,donkey skin is an important material for making donkey gelatin,is China's traditional Chinese medicine.It is widely used in biopharmaceutical,food additive and industry.This paper mainly discusses the key points of management techniques for raising meat donkeys.
