牛传染性胸膜肺炎是一种典型的呼吸系统疾病,致病原是传染性支原体,临床上主要以咳嗽、呼吸、胸膜出现炎症病变为主要症状,发病速度快,传播范围广,造成的死亡率相对较高,给牛养殖产业造成严重的经济损失。近年,在牛养殖产业不断向前发展的大背景下,传染性胸膜肺炎的发生率呈现逐年升高趋势。该文论述牛传染性胸膜肺炎的流行病学、临床症状、病理变化、诊断方法和防治措施。

Infectious Bovine Pleuropneumonia is a kind of typical respiratory disease pneumonia,which is caused by infectious mycoplasma.In clinic,the main symptoms are cough,aspiration and pleurisy,the resulting mortality rate is relatively high,causing serious economic losses to the cattle breeding industry.In recent years,with the development of cattle breeding industry,the incidence of contagious pleuropneumonia has been increasing year by year.This paper deals with the epidemiology,clinical symptoms,pathological changes,diagnostic methods and preventive measures of infectious bovine pleuropneumonia.
