非洲猪瘟病毒生物学特性及防控措施

摘要 非洲猪瘟是由非洲猪瘟病毒感染家猪、野猪和软蜱,或者三者相互接触传播,引起的一种急性、出血性、高度接触性、烈性传染病,强毒株感染率和病死率高达100%。2018年8月前,该病在我国属外来动物疫病之一,现已成为我国养猪业的"头号杀手"。该文通过对ASFV生物学特性系统的概述和分析,针对ASFV生物学特性对养殖场提出科学防控的建议。 African swine fever(ASFV)is an acute,hemorrhagic,highly contagious and severe infectious disease caused by asfv which infects domestic pigs,wild pigs and soft ticks,or spreads among them.The infection rate and mortality rate of virulent strains are as high as 100%.Before August 2018,the disease was one of exotic animal diseases in China,and now it has become the"top killer"of pig industry in China.In this paper,the biological characteristics of ASFV were summarized and analyzed,and some suggestions were put forward to prevent and control ASFV.
