摘要
手性是自然界普遍存在的现象,手性分离对环境科学、药物研发、生物学等诸多领域都有重大意义。手性金属有机骨架(CMOFs)因具有手性孔道和良好的空间选择性,广泛应用于手性分离领域。本文主要从手性MOFs在对映体选择性吸附分离和高效液相色谱手性分离两个方面综述了其在手性拆分中的应用,并对手性MOFs在手性分离领域的发展前景进行了展望。
Chirality is a common phenomenon in nature,and chiral separation is very important in environmental sciences,drug development,biology and many other fields.Chiral metal-organic frameworks are widely used in chiral separation by virtue of the chiral channels and good spatial selectivity.The application of chiral MOFs in chiral separation from the enantioselective adsorption separation and high performance liquid chromatography chiral separation was summarized.The development prospects of chiral MOFs in chiral separation were also predicted.
