摘要
脉冲涡流检测技术是涡流检测技术的一个分支。与传统的涡流检测技术不同,脉冲涡流激励信号中包含有宽频带的低频脉冲或跃变波形,从而避免了趋肤效应的影响,可以对铁磁性材料试件的远表面进行检测。本文通过比较国外、国内针对铁磁性材料脉冲涡流检测系统的技术原理,分析了脉冲涡流感应电压近似式和多涡流环耦合模型下的简化解,对理解和分析脉冲涡流技术给出了新的观点。
Pulsed eddy current testing(PECT)technology is a branch of eddy current testing technology.Compares to traditional ECT,PECT inherently has a broadband of frequencies,which is advantageous for any eddy current testing technology due to the frequency-dependant skin effect.The technology principles of the existing foreign PECT systems were compared,the approximate expressions for voltage induced by PECT were analyzed,and a new viewpoint was given for the understanding and analysis of PECT.
