摘要
考查了温度对含促进剂CBS的丁腈橡胶硫磺硫化体系配方的硫化特性影响。在CBS作为促进剂的丁腈橡胶硫黄硫化配方中,试验以120℃,130℃,140℃,150℃热处理温度处理促进剂CBS母炼胶,模拟实际生产过程中混炼胶加工过程的热历史对促进剂CBS的影响,测试混炼胶硫化特性及门尼焦烧时间。结果表明,热处理会缩短焦烧时间,而对硫化速率,交联密度无显著影响。建议混炼胶加工时,在保证促进剂CBS分散性的前提下,降低加工温度,以保证其焦烧时间。
The influence of temperature on vulcanization characteristics of the nitrile rubber compound of sulfur vulcanization system with CBS as accelerator was investigated.In the nitrile rubber compound of sulfur vulcanization system with CBS as accelerator,the accelerator CBS masterbatch was treated at 120℃,130℃,140℃and 150℃.The influence of the thermal history of the processing process of the compound on the accelerator CBS was simulated,and the vulcanization characteristics and Mooney scorch time of the compound were tested.The results show that heat treatment can shorten scorching time,but has no significant effect on vulcanization rate and crosslinking density.It is suggested that the processing temperature should be reduced to ensure the scorching time of the rubber compound while ensuring the dispersity of accelerator CBS.
