摘要
为提高海藻糖在酵母抽提物中的收率,制取优质海藻糖。使用聚醚砜膜进行超滤渗滤试验,考察膜通量、渗滤液加量对试验的影响。发现膜通量随着超滤操作不断衰减,最初2 h变化显著,经过超滤操作,海藻糖收率约为90%;海藻糖总收率随渗滤剂加入而升高,加入量达到75%时收率增加趋缓,当渗滤剂加量达到150%,海藻糖总收率均大于96%。料液经超滤和渗滤操作后,海藻糖收率达96%以上。
To improve the yield of trehalose in yeast extract and produce high quality trehalose,the PES membrane ultrafiltration(UF)test was used to observe the effects of the membrane flux and leachate addition amount.The membrane flux decreased with the operation of ultrafiltration,and changed obviously in the first 2 h.The trehalose yield was about 90%after ultrafiltration.When the addition amount of diafiltration agent was 75%,the increase of the yield eased up.The total yield of trehalose was more than 95%when the amount of percolating agent was 150%.After ultrafiltration diafiltration,the yield of trehalose was more than 96%.
