不同试剂处理对中药植物显微组织特征的影响

Effect of Different Reagents Treatment on Microstructure Characteristic of Traditional Chinese Medicine Plants

用水、乙醇、水合氯醛和稀甘油组成不同配比的试剂,对两种柴胡的根及叶进行浸泡处理,采用显微鉴定法,探究不同试剂处理对两种柴胡显微组织特征的影响。结果表明:不同试剂处理对锥叶柴胡和耳叶黑柴胡的根及叶显微组织特征有不同程度的影响,当用水合氯醛:稀甘油=3:1的试剂处理时,两种柴胡的根及叶显微组织特征保持完好,易观察,因此优选该试剂作为显微制片前处理试剂。

The roots and leaves of two kinds of Bupleurum chinense were soaked with water,ethanol,chloral hydrate and dilute glycerol,and the effect of different reagents on the microstructure characteristic of the two kinds of Bupleurum chinense were studied by microscopic identification method.The results showed that different reagents had different effects on the microstructure characteristic of roots and leaves of Bupleurum conefolium and Bupleurum auriculatum.When treated with chloral hydrate:diluted glycerol=3:1,the microstructure characteristic of roots and leaves of the two Bupleurum chinense were kept intact and easy to observe,so the reagent was selected as the pretreatment reagent for microplate.
