磷尾矿库环境现状及综合治理对策

Environmental Status of Phosphorus Mine Tailings Pond and Comprehensive Countermeasures

结合实际,对磷尾矿库的环境现状进行了论述,指出磷尾矿库的主要环境问题是地质环境问题、水环境污染问题、土壤污染问题、生态环境的破坏。根据磷尾矿库实际环境现状,本文提出了加强监管、加强尾矿环境影响评价、合理选择磷矿尾矿库库址、加强尾矿资源化利用、加强地质灾害灾情评估、构建基于物联网的磷尾矿监测系统等几个方面的综合治理对策建议。

Combined with the actual situation,the environmental status of phosphorus tailings pond was discussed,and it was pointed out that the main environmental problems of phosphorus tailings pond were geological environment,water environment pollution,soil pollution and destruction of ecological environment.According to the actual environmental status of phosphate tailing pond,several comprehensive treatment countermeasures and suggestions were put forward,such as strengthening supervision,strengthening the environmental impact assessment of tailings,reasonable selection of phosphate mine tailings pond reservoir site,strengthening the utilization of tailings resources,strengthening the assessment of geological disasters and building a phosphorus tailings monitoring system based on the Internet of Things.
