摘要
将专用PSK托辊及GYJZⅡ-S型液压纠偏技术在短距离输送工况的管状输送带进行尝试应用,提高了管状区域托辊架强度、增加托辊角度的可调整性确保了管带机管状部分始终处于最佳运行状态;在管带机展开段进料和出料部分增加GYJZⅡ-S型液压纠偏器,成功解决了管状输送带展开段皮带跑偏、皮带紧力无法调整、皮带流量无法控制等瓶颈,确保了管状输送带安全稳定长周期运行。
The special PSK idler and GYJZⅡ-S hydraulic deviation correction technology were applied to the tubular conveyor belt under short distance transportation condition,which improved the strength of the roller frame in the tubular area,increased the adjustability of the idler angle,and ensured that the tubular part of the pipe belt machine was always in the best running state.GYJZⅡ-S hydraulic deflector was added in the feeding and discharging parts of the unfolding section of the pipe conveyor,which successfully solved the problem of the tube,the belt deviation in the unfolding section of the conveyor belt,the belt tightening force can’t be adjusted,and the belt flow can’t be controlled,which ensured the safe and stable long-term operation of the tubular conveyor belt.
