污水处理厂能耗影响因素及解决措施探讨 被引量:2

摘要 列举出污水处理厂泵运行系统、曝气系统、污泥处理三个常规处理系统能耗计算公式,分析影响其能耗的关键因素:泵系统、风机系统、曝气系统、污泥处理设备的水头损失,设备参数的计算及取值范围,设备规格型号的合理选择,设备自动化程度,以及设备运行、阀门附件的维护情况,并分别提出对应的解决措施,为污水处理厂降低能耗提供可行的方法及依据。 The energy consumption calculation formulas of three conventional treatment systems,namely,pump operation system,aeration system and sludge treatment system of sewage treatment plant,were studied,the key factors affecting their energy consumption were analyzed:head loss of pump system,fan system,aeration system and sludge treatment equipment,alculation and value range of equipment parameters,reasonable selection of equipment specifications and models,degree of automation of equipment,and equipment operation and maintenance of valve accessories.corresponding solutions were put forward respectively,providing feasible methods and basis for reducing energy consumption of sewage treatment plant.
