环境工程专业毕业实习是步入职场前非常重要的一个环节。传统的毕业实习评价存在着单一性和片面性。本文分析了实践中存在的问题,提出了建设实践教学基地、改善实习环境、加强校企合作、培养教师实践能力等措施,将环境理论和工程实践相结合起来,提高了学生的实践效果,为以后在企业中解决复杂的环境工程难题奠定了基础。

Graduation practice of Environmental Engineering is a very important link before entering the workplace.The traditional evaluation of graduation practice is single and one-sided.The problems existing in practice were analyzed,and some measures were put forward,such as building practice teaching base,improving practice environment,strengthening school enterprise cooperation,and training teachers’practical ability.The combination of environmental theory and engineering practice improved the practical effect of students and laid a foundation for solving complex environmental engineering problems in enterprises in the future.
